Update: Workout & Playlist
Overall, I have stuck to my eating and workout routine and replaced most snacks with fruit; which came with its challenges because I love snacks! However, I allow myself to indulge one day a week and I make no apologies for it.
Last week’s food cheat day included trying a new restaurant with brunch and mimosas. Furthermore, after 9 days working out I am down 4 pounds! Though tightening and toning is really the goal, not necessarily weight loss.
I am on a mission when at the gym, I get in and out. I decided to share some of the artist I listen to when at the gym. My playlist includes any and everything that can help hype me up. When you are at the gym and working out what do you listen to?
