Operation Summer Body: 96 Days
BMI not where it should be or a few pounds put on in not the right places? Rather you are an entrepreneur or work a 9 to 5, any field that requires travel may result in workouts, health, or healthy eating not being a consistent priority. By no means should we not give ourselves days to indulge, but everything always done with moderation, class, and the consulting of a professional of course.
With things ending and new things beginning I am choosing to dive back into a more consistent routine and share my journey. I chose to include some of my tips and what I did my first week back to a healthier lifestyle.
I think it is always best to start your body at a place of equilibrium or as closely as possible. Try to get your body and functions prepared to make changes, some which may be drastic; a body cleanse perhaps. A combination of eating and exercise that will be not only end in desirable results, but will promote a consistent healthier lifestyle and regimen. I started the week by light meal prep, documenting meals, and including a workout routine. Blending and alternating arm day and leg day should suffice. Minus my one cheat day, I eliminated any beverages that were not water. I also replaced a full meal with a smoothie instead. Furthermore, instead of white item bases such as potatoes or rice, I used brown rice instead or a vegetable base for meals. I try to go to bed earlier and limit screen time; screen time in all capacities and replace it with reading or exercise. After a week, I am feeling lighter on my feet and my body is thanking me for it.
